The ECO-WASHER RM series is a spray-type cleaning machine suitable for cleaning small to medium-sized processed parts. Its structure, which opens widely at the front, makes it easy to load and unload workpieces, thereby improving the efficiency of daily cleaning tasks. Because it uses a basket loading system, it is easy to clean multiple parts at once, making it suitable for environments where repeated cleaning occurs. The spray cleaning from above, sides, and below cleans dirt such as machining oil and metal dust that adheres to the surface of the parts. It helps reduce cleaning inconsistencies and stabilize cleaning quality. Super alkaline ionized water (SAIW) can be used as the cleaning solution, which leads to a reduction in detergent usage and improvement of the working environment. It is recommended for the efficient cleaning of cutting processed parts, aluminum parts, sheet metal processed parts, jigs and tooling, and complex-shaped parts for everyday cleaning tasks.
